وفي هذه الأمثلة يتم استخدام الكلمة للسؤال عن المكان، ولها استخدام آخر بمعنى “المكان الذي”

ومعنى هذه الجملة أن طرف المدينة هو المكان الذي أجد فيه السلام.
Wear
ومعنى هذه الكلمة يلبس، وهي عبارة عن فعل.
وتأتي مع الكثير من الأشياء وليس مجرد الملابس فقط.
كأن تقول : she never wears makeup.
بمعنى أنها لا تضع مساحيق التجميل.
وتنطق هذه الكلمة مثل كلمة Where.
ware
وتأتي هذه الكلمة بنفس النطق للكلمات المصاحبة لها في نفس المجموعة، وهي بمعنى سلعة.

بمعنى أن السلع اليدوية تكون غالية أكثر من السلع المصنوعة في المصنع.

were
وهي عبارة عن فعل مساعد للماضي يأتي مع كلمة you

بمعنى إذا كنت مكانك كنت سأذاكر الإنجليزية أكثر.
We were watching the movie when Khaled arrived.
Whir
وهي كلمة بمعنى طنين
The room was quiet and we we could only hear the whir of the fan.
بمعنى أن الغرفة كانت هادئة ولم نسمع سوى صوت طنين المروحة.
we’re
وهي اختصار لكلمة we are
we’re going home.
بمعنى نحن ذاهبين إلى البيت.
we’re late, we should take a taxi.
المجموعة الثالثة
War
وتأتي هذه الكلمة بمعنى حرب ونطقها يختلف عن المجموعتين السابقتين
