ماهو الشغف؟

الشغف (باليونانية: πασχω أي عانى أو تُحكِّم فيه) هو شعور بالحماس الشديد أو رغبة لا تُقاوم تجاه شخص أو شيء ما

.وفي الآونة الأخيرة يطلق الكثيرون هذا المسمى على العمل فيما تحب، وهذا في الحقيقة منظور ضيق جدا للشغف بل قد يكون غير صحيح

مشكلة البحث عن الشغف

يشتكي الكثير من الناس عدم القدرة على تحديد أو العثور على الشغف الخاص بهم.
والمشكلة هنا تكمن في أن البحث عن شيء يتطلب معرفة مسبقة به حتى تتمكن من إيجاده!

وبالقياس حتى تعرف الوظيفة التي تكون فيها سعيدا وتشعر بالاستقلالية لابد أن تقضي فيها وقتا كافيا حتى تحدد ذلك.

الحرية

بمعنى أن يكون لديك قدر من السماحية وعدم الإلتزام بقواعد غير عقلانية، المهم أنك تقوم بالمهام المطلوبة منك.

التأثير

بمعنى أن تشعر بأثر ما تقدمه في العمل سواء على من حولك أو على عملائك.
