من أكثر الذكريات الراسخة لدي عندما كنت أذهب مع أصدقائي لأداء الإمتحانات، كنت أتمنى أن يصير لنا حادث حتى لا نذهب إلى الإمتحان.
ولكن ماذا كان سيحدث لو حدث ما تمنيت؟ في الحقيقة لن يلغي هذا الإمتحان إن كُتب لنا عمرا جديدا، فقط سيؤجل لوقت لاحق.
هل من الممكن أن تُلغى الإمتحانات؟ هل سنصبح أكثر سعادة حينها؟
وحتى ذلك الحين، كيف يمكننا التغلب على الخوف الناجم عن الإمتحانات؟
شاهدت مؤخرا فيديو لصانع المحتوى محمود اسماعيل يتحدث فيه عن الإمتحانات وأنه لا بد أن نقوم بإلغائها وأذهلتني جدا هذه الفكرة.
مصر مفيهاش تعليم
هناك اعتقاد سائد أن مصر ليس فيها تعليم، وهذا اعتقاد مغلوط وغير صحيح.
هنالك تعليم في مصر ولكن التعليم القائم هو تعليم يعتمد على كيفية اجتياز الامتحان وليس على كيفية التعلم وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من المعلومات.
فالتعليم هنا يهتم جدا بالحفظ لنقوم بالإجابة على الأسئلة في الإمتحان ومن ثم لا يهم ماذا بعد الإمتحان.
بدليل أننا ننسى كل ما تحصلنا عليه في العام الدراسي بمجرد الخروج من باب غرفة الإمتحانات.
وهذا للأسف ينطبق على كثير من المواد حتى المواد التي لا يعمل هذا فيها بكفائة مثل الفيزياء والرياضيات.
ويظهر ذلك جليا في المواد اللغوية مثل الإنجليزية والفرنسية والألمانية، نقوم فيها بالتعلم والتدريب على كيفية اجتياز الامتحان، أما إذا أردنا فهم اللغة والتحدث بها واتقانها فلابد أن نذهب إلى مراكز متخصصة لتعلم اللغة أو الإطلاع على دورات على الإنترنت.
في اليابان في المرحلة الإبتدائية لا يوجد ما يسمى بالنجاح والرسوب. بمجرد حضور الطالب نسبة تتعدى 70 بالمئة من العام الدراسي ينتقل مباشرة للعام الذي يليه.
يوجد هناك اختبارات ولكنها ليس اختيارات اجتياز للعام الدراسي، ولكنها اختبارات لتحديد المستوى للطالب ومعرفة نقاط القوة والقصور.
المتاهة
عندما نتحدث عن التعليم في مرئياتنا على يوتيوب تأتينا الكثير من الرسائل من أولياء الأمور محتواها أن أولادهم لا يريدون إكمال تعليمهم.
وهذا ليس الغرض من هذه المرئيات، بل كل ما نريده أن نطلعك على جزء من المستقبل ونسهل عليك عبور المتاهة التي عبرها الكثير قبلك، فقط نريد أن ندلك على الطريق المختصر.
القادم أصعب
قد تظن أن الثانوية العامة هي منتهى المطاف ونهاية كل الصعوبات التي ستمر بها في حياتك، ولكن هذا غير صحيح بالمرة.
الثانوية العامة صعوبتها لا تقارن بما ستقابله في الكلية أو العمل، ولكن الفارق هي مساحة الحرية التي تحصل عليها.
بسبب الاهتمام الزائد من الأسرة بالثانوية العامة يقع الطالب تحت هذا الضغط، وفي المقابل قد يرسب هذا الطالب في الكلية فيما بعد ولا يهتم أحد لهذا الأمر.
هل هذا سيساعد؟
لابد أن تسأل نفسك هذا السؤال في كل مرة تشعر فيها بالقلق حيال أي شئ خاصة الاختبارات.
هل القلق هو التصرف الفعال الذي سيساعدني فيما أريد القيام به؟
ستجد أنه على العكس تماما، القلق قد يزيد من ارتباكك وعدم قدرتك على المذاكرة لتجتاز الامتحان.
ما قد يحدث سوف يحدث دون تدخلك وبدون إرادة منك، فعليك أن تهدئ وتضع القلق جانبا لتتمكن من التعامل مع الأمر كما ينبغي.
القليل من القلق الصحي قد يكون نافعا ليدفعك لتنجز ما يجب أن تقوم به، ولكن الكثير منه ضار جدا!
