رابعًا: الثقة

الثقة هي أساس النجاح فالشخص الناجح دائمًا تجده واثق من نفسه ومن شخصيته، ولا يتأثر بكلام الآخرين من حوله، وذلك لأن من لا يثق في نفسه لا يثق به الآخرين.

خامسًا: الوعي 

الشخص الناجح دائمًا لديه الوعي الكافي بأهمية النجاح وبجميع جوانب حياته، ولديه الوعي الكافي أيضًا لكي يفرق بين الصواب والخطأ، وبين الأفعال الجيدة التي تنفعه والأفعال السيئة التي تضره.

سادسًا: الذكاء

يتمتع الشخص الناجح بالذكاء في جميع نواحي حياته العملية والشخصية، بالإضافة إلى أنه يستطيع استيعاب وحل جميع المشاكل التي تعرض لها بطريقة ذكية، بالإضافة إلى الخروج منها بأقل الخسائر المُمّكنة.

سابعًا: المرونة

يتمتع الشخص الناجح بالمرونة دائمًا في جميع مواقف حياته، حيثُ إن لديه القدرة على التعامل مع جميع الأشخاص المُختلفين عنه، وتقبل جميع الآراء والأفكار المُختلفة. 

بالإضافة إلى المرونة في التخطيط لأهدافه، لان عدم المرونة في وضع الأهداف والخطط والجداول اليومية تسبب دائمًا في الفشل والتوقف عن العمل، بل وأحيانًا تؤدي إلى الاستسلام التام.

ثامنًا: البديهة

دائمًا ما يمتلك الشخص الناجح سرعة البديهية، والتي تُساعده على اغتنام أفضل الفرص وحل جميع المشاكل، بل وتساعده أيضًا في التقدم والنجاح ورؤية أفضل الحلول للمشاكل التي يقع فيها.

تاسعًا: الالتزام

لا بد أن يتحلى الشخص الناجح بالالتزام دائمًا في جميع جوانبه الحياتية، سوآءا أكانت جوانب أخلاقية أو اجتماعية أو مهنية، فالالتزام هو أحد أهم أسرار النجاح.
