المعاقبة على الأخطاء

أول كارثة لنظام التعليم الحالي هو معاقبته على الأخطاء في حين أننا نتعلم من الأخطاء التي نقع فيها.
في عالم الهندسة والعلوم المتقدمة هناك مبدأ يسمى بمبدأ التجربة والخطأ، والذي يقوم الباحث فيه بالوصول إلى نتيجة أو استنتاج معين عن طريق تجربة العديد من الأشياء لاستبعاد النتائج الخاطئة منها والوصول بالتبعية إلى الحل الأمثل.
فلا نرى هنا جدوى من العقاب على الأخطاء لأنها تقيد وتحجم تفكير الطالب
فالمستفاد من هذه النقطة ألا تخشى الخطأ لإنه الطريقة الصحيحة للتعلم.

الإجابة النموذجية

نجد الكثير من المدرسين يعاقب الطلاب إذا قاموا بحل مسألة فيزيائية مثلا بطريقة مغايرة لما أتى في الكتاب المدرسي.
على الرغم من أن طريقة تفكير الطالب قد تكون صحيحة 100%.
وهذه الطريقة عنيفة جدا تجعل الطالب يخشى التفكير خارج الصندوق ويسعى دائما لإيجاد الإجابة النموذجية للسؤال، على الرغم من أن إجابته الأخرى وطريقة تفكيره قد تكون صحيحة.
ويرجع ذلك أن نظام التعليم يحاسب على الحل وليس الفهم.

اغفال الفروقات الفردية

للأسف لا يتم الأخذ في الاعتبار أن قدرات الطلاب الاستيعابية ليست واحدة، فمن الطبيعي أن يتم الاهتمام بالطالب الذي يواجه مشاكل في الفهم أكثر من غيره، لإن الطالب الذي لديه القدرة على الفهم لديه القدرة على فعل ذلك بنفسه.
ولكن ما يحدث هو زيادة الاهتمام بالطلاب المتميزين وأغفال غيرهم، على الرغم من أن الصحيح أن يحدث العكس.
فلا تقارن نفسك بأي أحد ولا تقع في هذا الفخ، فالله خلقنا مختلفين ولدينا قدرات استيعابية مختلفة

التعلم المعتمد على الامتحان

الخطيئة الكبرى لنظام التعليم الحالي أنه معتمد كل الاعتماد على اجتياز الامتحانات والاختبارات وتحصيل الدرجات وليس على الفهم والتعلم.
مما قد يسبب توترا للكثير من الطلاب ويصيبهم بكثير من المشاعر السلبية.
وهذا يؤدي إلى وجود ارتباط شرطي بين القراءة والتعلم وبين الضغط النفسي والتوتر العصبي.
ولكن على العكس تماما، فالقراءة والتعلم الحقيقين أمتع بكثير مما نشعر به بسبب هذا النظام.

قتل الإبداع

للأسف الشديد يقوم النظام التعليمي الحالي بقتل الإبداع وإجبار الطلاب على التزام نمط واحد في التعامل مع الأشياء.
فمثلا إذا وجدنا طالبا قام بحل مسألة رياضيات بطريقة أخرى غير المذكورة في الكتاب المدرسي قد يقوم المدرس بمعاقبته.
على الرغم أن ما يجب فعله هو الإشادة بهذا الطالب وذكاؤه وليس قمعه وإجباره على التزام الحل الأمثل.

الاهتمام بالمظهر

الاهتمام بالمظهر وليس الجوهر أحد مساوئ التعليم الحالي، حيث يقوم المدرسين بإجبار الطلاب على كتابة درس معين عدد ما من المرات، دون وجود هدف حقيقي من ذلك.
فلا تهتم بالمظهر بشكل مبالغ فيه، وتفهم دائما أن الجوهر أهم بكثير من المظهر.

اكتشاف الذات

من المفترض أن البشر ليسوا متساويين في قدراتهم واهتماماتهم، ويجب على كل منا أن يقوم باكتشاف الشيء الذي يتميز فيه.
ولكن نظام التعليم الحالي يفعل عكس ذلك تماما عن طريق توحيد طريقة تفكير الطلاب، والسعي إلى إخراج خط إنتاج موحد من الطلاب فيما يشبه المصانع.

الفردانية

يساعد نظام التعليم الحالي على الفردانية وعدم القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
وللأسف هذه الثقافة منتشرة وبكثرة فتجد دائما مهارات العمل ضمن فريق غير موجودة في كثير من المجتمعات التي تتبع نظام التعليم التقليدي الحالي.
ولكن يجب أن تعرف أن عقلين يفكران أفضل من عقل واحد يفكر، فحاول دائما أن تكتسب مهارة العمل ضمن فريق.

التدريب على الطاعة

من أسوأ الأشياء التي يقوم بها نظام التعليم الحالي هو تمرين الطلاب على أن يكونوا موظفين جيدين.
عن طريق ثقافة الاستئذان قبل كل شيء، حتى ولو كان هذا الشيء لا يستحق الاستئذان مثل أن يستأذن الطالب في الذهاب إلى دروة المياه لقضاء حاجته التي لا يمكنك منعه منها.
ولكن للأسف نجد الكثير من المدرسين يتبعون هذا السلوك مع الطلاب وهو ثقافة الاستئذان ومنهم من يقوم بمنع الطلاب من الذهاب إلى دروة المياة أصلا!

غياب الغاية

للأسف نعاني في مجتماعتنا من غياب الغاية من التعليم، فلا أحد يعرف لماذا يتعلم ولا كيف يتعلم.
ويقع ذلك على عاتق  المدرس، أن يعرف الغاية المثلى من عملية التعليم ليقوم بتطبيقها بشكل صحيح مع الطلاب.
